Large cottage in an old stone house with private indoor swimming pool (only for you and accessible 24/7) measuring 6x4m (depth from 1.10m to 1.80m) heated all year round to a minimum of 28°C. We offer you different options to enhance your stay: the hammam (available all year round) and the 5-seater spa heated to 37°C (available only at weekends). Heat pump and gas central heating. Wifi (very high speed fiber optics). Detached house on 2 levels. Ground floor: living room-kitchen, lounge, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm / 1 double bed 160x200cm + 1 child's bed / 1 double bed 160x200cm), 3 bathrooms (2 with bathtubs, one with toilet / one with shower), separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), TV lounge (with library and games area), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Adjoining outbuilding with independent access: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm / 1 double bed 160x200cm / 2 single beds 90x190cm), TV lounge area (double sofa bed 140x190cm as an additional possible), bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet. Garden + terrace. Ping-pong table + picnic area + children's games (swing / trampoline 4.20 m in diameter). Private parking. Baby equipment available.

The price includes: charges (electricity and gas) for normal use, sheets and cleaning at the end of the stay. Towels are not included (available as an option).

The maximum capacity of the cottage can go up to 15 people (adults and children included), children under two years old do not count in the capacity. It is impossible to deviate from this regulatory condition.

Parties and evenings are prohibited and you must respect the neighborhood around (see internal regulations).

Weekend rentals (excluding school holidays) go from Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday 5 p.m.

Weekly rentals go from Saturday 5 p.m. to the following Saturday at 10 a.m.
